If you are not entirely happy once your order has arrived you have up to 28 days to return your item.

For a full refund you must contact us 
within 14 days of receipt of your purchase and return your item 14 days after that first contact. Unfortunately if either of these timescales are not met we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in it's original condition. It must be mailed back to us in it's original packaging with proof of postage. We recommend using a "signed for" or "tracked" service as the item is your responsibility until it is returned to us.

The buyer is responsible for returning items in a good, unused condition and for the cost of postage. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because of the nature of the following items unless they are damaged or defective we can't except returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health and hygiene reasons).

All shipping costs are non-refundable.


In the unlikely event your item is faulty you have 14 days to contact us and return the item, in its original condition, unused and unwashed in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

If a replacement is available and in stock then you are entitled to a replacement or a refund, otherwise a refund will be issued. 

Refunds will not be made if items are not found to be faulty/aren't returned in their original condition/ or care instructions have not been followed.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs, taxes or tariffs and should check the regulations in their country before ordering. Orders that are not delivered due to customer charges (eg import taxes) being left unpaid will not be refunded.
