I use Royal Mail 1st Class post - this service aims to deliver your order within 1-2 working days.

I use Royal Mail International Tracked post - this service aims to deliver your order within 7-14 working days.

Buyers are responsible for any custom or import taxes. These can affect delivery times.

Please use the delivery times as a guide, rather than a guarantee. Sometimes things happen beyond my control, like postal strikes, bad weather and national holidays.

Orders are posted with Royal Mail or courier for larger items.

I try to dispatch ready-to-ship items within 1-3 working days from reciept of payment.

Made-to-order items can take between 1-3 weeks before shipment.

Many Cotton Fox designs are handmade-to-order and usually take 1-3 weeks to be hand-finished before they are ready to ship. You can find the details on each product description.
